Itīs common to want to produce an Excel chart that shows only some of your data, but you donīt need to rearrange or manipulate your data to achieve this.

To select non-adjacent data (for example rows 2, 4 and 6 of your data), select the first required row, hold down the Ctrl key and select the second, then the third etc.

Then create the chart in the usual manner.
