Tip of the Week

If you`ve created a range name in Excel (probably by selecting the cells in question an typing the required Range Name in the Name Box) but want to modify it, it cn be a real pain sometimes to remember where you find the relevant menu entry.

Once you`ve remembered, selecting Insert, Name and Define is still a bit of a long winded way to do something which should be pretty simple.

Hold down Ctrl and press the F3 key.

That`s all - the define name dialog box appears as if by magic.

Have a good week.

Michael.
