Tip of the Week
Once you`ve spent a bit of time around software, you start to notice that any application will sometimes act in ways which seem strange (at least they seem strange to you, a normal, rational human being!)
This week`s tip deals with one of those strange behaviours and shows that it`s actually a really useful feature...
Sometimes see a wavy red line appear underneath it when you move to the next field.
The line means that Outlook has more than one person which that name could refer to and it needs your help.
If you Right Click on the name, then it will present you with a list of names. You simply choose the one you want to send it to (or create a new one if neither of the selections meet your requirements).
If you ignore the line, then Outlook will prompt you for a decision when you press Send.
