What does the F8 key do?

Uses for the F8 key in Excel

In Excel, the F8 key activates the extend selection command.

Shift - F8 allows you to add to your selection.

Ctrl - F8 allows you to resize the window.

Alt - F8 displays the Macro dialog box.
