Itīs common to want to produce a chart that shows only some of your data, but you donīt need to rearrange or manipulate your data to achieve this.

To select non-adjacent data (for example rows 2, 4 and 6 of your data), select the first required row, hold down the Ctrl key and select the second, then the third etc.

Then create the chart in the usual manner.
