Right clicking in PowerPoint can bring really useful productivity gains, as it allows you to dramatically reduce the number of clicks needed to complete some tasks. If you donīt have access to a working mouse, are working on a laptop or just prefer to use the keyboard, then try this:

Hold down shift and press F10 - the shortcut menu will appear.
